About our client

The Province Group is a premier real estate firm specialising in land trading and investment opportunities in Dholera SIR, India’s fastest-growing smart city. Their expert team, led by visionary director, Dawinder Singh, brings years of experience, global expertise, and a commitment to creating wealth for their clients.

What problem they faced?

When we were hired for this job, they were a new entry into the real estate market.

They were facing several problems:

  1. No website to showcase their work, what they offer and what they want to do in the coming years (vision)
  2. Almost Zero social media visibility – they were getting very few hits from the social media traffic.
  3. No prior experience in running Facebook/Instagram lead generation ads.
  4. Have never explored Google Ads
  5. No Analytics Data – as there was no website.

Strategy & tools we used to resolve their pain?

Keeping in view the problems, we first brainstormed the look and feel of their website and also discussed the social media and ads strategy.
This is how we tackled the problem.

Website Development

The first thing we tackled was to provide them a theme-based WordPress Website. We created multiple pages to leverage the SEO and draw Organic Traffic. Also, added Facebook Pixle.

Social Media Strategy

Their competitors were very active on social media. So, we clubbed their Facebook & Instagram accounts and started posting regularly. It helped in spreading a word.

Content Marketing

We wrote content for their website & social media posts. Also, wrote high performing hooks for Facebook/Instagram Ads that attracted thousand of leads in no time.

Creative Services

Every month we provided them beautiful creatives that they posted on social media and also shared them with their channel partners. We also made small videos.

Lead Generation Ads

We went all out and so far run atleast 24+ campaigns covering whole Punjab and Delhi NCR. The Cost-Per-Click was amazingly well below average market rate.

Google Ads

We were watching their competitors nailing lead gen using Google Ads. So, we gave it a try a few times and each time they received warm leads at a very reasonable price.

What was the final outcome?

We started fresh as a real estate firm and at the very beginning we hired Escope. We are so thankful that not only did they created our full brand strategy but helped us sell property in Gujrat by running targeted lead generation ads on Facebook & Instagram and Google Ads.
