What problem they faced?
When we were hired for this job, their old website was not so good. Moreover, they have just rebranded their agency so we have to start from scratch.
They were facing a number of problems:
- Low brand visibility & brand mentions – as compared to their competitors, they were nowhere in organic search and had a website authority of 5
- Low social media visibility – they were getting very few hits from the social media traffic.
- Being a B2B service providers, they had random posts on the LinkedIn though it should have been a primary source of brand awareness.
- Least number of back links from authoritative websites though they are one of the most important points that needed attention
- No Analytics Data – no analytics data was available to see the flow of traffic, engagement and ideal customer profile.
- Random ads on facebook – they were running just random ads on facebook without looking at the ad reports.
Strategy & tools we used to resolve their pain?
Keeping in view the problems they faced, we asked them to be ready to work on multi-channel marketing plus regularly work on the content to build website authority.
This is how we tackled the problem.
Organic SEO
The first thing we tackled is write content that has a great search intent and start ranking the website on Google & Bing. The work done during the last year is still paying.
Social Media Strategy
Since their business is B2B, we went all out on LinkedIn. Their timeline was empty, nobody was posting regularly. We started by posting 3 times a week.
Content Marketing
We create a service related blog and started publishing industry-specific article on the blog. It created massive awareness among the community.
Country Specific Pages
They wanted to be known as a market research agency in Asia-Pacific. Without buying new domains, we built a country-specific page that ranked on top in local searches.
AI Overview & GEO Tactics
They were eager to start showing in ChatGPT, Peplexity and Google AI Overviews. We worked on that part and within a few months they were apearing in LLM queries
Detailed Analytic Reporting
We made sure to provide them beautifully crafted Looker Studio reports so that they could see the results of our efforts. They have all the data a client required.
What was the final outcome?
His teamoptimized our website content, created a LinkedIn strategy, got best backlinks for our website & we started appearing in AI-generated answers on Google and even ChatGPT. Traffic and leads both went up many time. Now in Google or overall searches we are at number one on multiple keywords and queries.”

- The Organic Traffic was hardly 20-30 random hits from Google and that is now around 500+ search intent query based hits each month.
- The country-specific pages led to more leads from 15 countries they covered. Each country-specific page is a one page site by itself.
- LinkedIn Impressions are more than 50x from the day we started. More and more people are looking into our client profile & knowing about our work.
- We submitted the website to GreenBook and Esomar and that had led to 2 valuable backlinks plus client enquiries.
- We created a special report in Google Analytics covering LLM traffic and our client is geting atleast 20+ hits from ChatGPT, Perplexity & Claude.
